Toxic player keeps changing his name to get around bans

Myself and a few others are part of a small community of gamers that still play Farcry Instincts Predator (FCIP) on the Xbox360

A player known as [mod removed] and MANY MANY other tags is a long time troll that currently delights in using new tags every time he gets reported. He has a youtube channel where he goes into game lobbies just to troll and teamkill players, then edits their
negative reaction to make it look like they were the ones that are harassing him.

This is a big problem because: You cannot turn off team-killing, and you cannot kick or ban people from your game lobby. Essentially, there are ZERO anti-cheats for this old game, and the reporting system is useless because he has a family-pass account,
so he just makes another gamertag and ruins more game lobbies.

Is there any way to permanently console/IP ban a player from our game?

I know it's a stretch, but it only takes 1 player in a lobby to shut down an otherwise fun night of gaming, and this guy has a sick fetish for it. We have lost so many players to this toxic behavior, only a handful still play this game anymore and this is
destroying our small community. Can someone higher up please step in and help us? For some, this is literally the only game we play, so xbox..... you're losing money on this guy!

The ‘xbox home’ feature is great but has a few problems. In my opinion, this one is huge. There are players with 3-4-5 or even 10 fake profiles, and they keep changing it to avoid ban, suspensions and other. Especially in those game that penalize for leaving,
such as halo or apex legends. Both team games, in which you will lose if someone quit, and a ton of toxic player can do it, because if they get a 24 hour ban, then they can change profile. How many times i have seen this: the match starts, someone with a 3+
k/d ratio in your team dies 3 times in a row, quits after 30 seconda. You lose. Next match: same exact player with another profile, usually with a similar gamertag (with some xx or ii or oo in front of the name).

A simple solution would be change this garbage xbox home system, and replacing it with a subscription/game sharing system for family members (of course could be add a friend as brother): in which you can share your subscriptions and your games (in the same
exact way it works now with the xbox home system) with 1-2-3 accounts, which are linked to yours. Doing this you prevent infinite accounts for toxic players and you help people who actually have the right to share with family members.

I strongly recommend to always block and report this player anytime they start harassing you. I was talking to someone yesterday who was harassed by a person who used thirty different gamertags.

It is always recommended to report and block sorry but we are just like you here we are only volunteers that help gamer with technical difficulties and other things that we know of how to best serv them sorry you're having this problem no one should have

Hi there,

You need to report the player through your console so the enforcement team can go from there. Then block the user. No one in the forums can assist, and the Enforcement team does not use the forums.

I do feel Microsoft and the game makers need to do more with all the cheating and the DDos attacks.
