Toxic online environment

Unfortunately none of those options exist for me because, as I've said, Xbox services are very commonly down or only working partially and in this instance A) The game I was playing did not give you the Xbox Live name of the other player, and B) recent players
was down as it so commonly is.

On the topic of the what the offense was, I'm referring to in game toxicity and the consistent presence of it. The rules in place do not govern these actions, and ruin the idea of games being enjoyable. Raging is common everywhere including many of the most
popular streamers on mixer along with all major streaming platforms. People do things simply to waste your time among other similarly petty things with no gain to a single soul involved. Asking them to stop gets you nowhere at best. Some situations are humorous,
and you have to admit you deserved it. But most are just simply petty. If you play on any Xbox Live service you know what I mean. In any situation involving sportsmanship, including professional gaming, being petty about it earns you a penalty or fine (if
you're making money from it) but here in this community being toxic isn't inhibited. And if I'm mistaken about that then it isn't enforced. Wasting time in competitive games is common. All my message requests are rage and usually reportable. Yet, these people
receive no punishment. I get matched with them again, and then they continue their toxic behavior but to a whole other level.

I'm just left without options and I'd rather not quit gaming on Xbox.

Xbox Enforcement takes care of any problems that may be happening when a report is made to them. Is any racial slurs or any kind of derogatory terms/offensive lines being exchanged?

If you do end up finding out the persons name, you can do these things:

Mute - This will stop them from being able to speak to you over the mic.

Block - This will restrain them from being able to contact you again.

Report - As you've done, please keep reporting anything you may find offensive/rude that ruins the game for everyone.

Xbox strives to keep these problems to a minimum so it can be the place to play, we do not want a toxic environment. If anyone's affected by these attacks, reach out to them! Make sure they're alright!

Your cousin is responsible for his account and the actions which have been done with it, even if he wasn´t the one doing them.

If you work at Microsoft, please forgive me. My cousin has a account with the gamer tag of " IBereGhostGamer " and he was permanently banned. It was my fault, i was on his account and i broke the code of conduct. I was stealing and doing things that were
against the rules and because of that he lost his account for something he did not do. I got his account permanently banned for no reason and im sorry, please forgive him and give him another chance, he did nothing wrong it was all my fault. I will take the
ban and i apologise to you and to him for causing a huge ruckus. Please show him mercy and give him one last chance!

The online environment for this game is toxic. It's absolutely awful.
