Toxic Maserati - Suspended

Hello, My name is Isaiah. Back in 2013 I was banned from Xbox Live. the account was Toxic Maserati. Please take into consideration that I was 13 with no regard to the safety of the account. I am 16 now and feel as if i've matured enough to come back to the
Xbox community after take a 3 year break on Steam. I was playing Castle MinerZ and my friends where all different colors with their avatar. I was surprised and they told me I could change my character with a thing called Horizon that I downloaded to get minecraft
maps. When I did that I had a little fun changing my character to purple and going around in Castle MinerZ. the next day I logged in to see that my account was suspended. First it said that the reasons where for inappropriate content within the profile which
I never did. then it was the modifications which I fully take responsibility for. I was irresponsible and immature and never read anything about being banned for modding. I spent a alot of money with Xbox within the account aswell as a lot of time. I'm just
looking for a second chance, to prove that I'm not a hacker, a modder and an overall toxic player to the community. I have poured out my heart into this thread and this post. I would just like to ask if you address this with the knowledge that I was young
and childish when I did these acts. but please give me a seconds chance to prove you guys other wise. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this.

My account was suspended unfairly

My account was just suspended from voice chat because i apparently received a bunch of reports. I dont believe this to be true. After a game recently a guy messaged me in a toxic manner so i said profanity to him and told him he was toxic for no reason.
He then replies banned from voice com to me and thus shortly after i am suspended. I want to work on uplifting the suspension. Ive been on xbox live for about 10 years now and never once got suspended from anything let alone voice coms. Thank you, my gamertag
