Toxic community

I posted this in the wrong thread before, so here goes...

Is there someone I can talk to regarding particular community?

My friend recently came to ask me what his options were regarding a toxic community... When playing sea of thieves he feels targeted for flying the rainbow flag, and often times I have witnessed an increased amount of hostility and some very hurtful slurs
being tossed our way. As an ambassador, I feel like I should be doing more to dissuade people from behaving that way, and making the community more friendly. But reporting barely does anything and emails sent to Rare don't really get answered. How can I help
my friend feel safer as well as anyone else who feels like they are being bullied?

When I posted this before, it was suggested to just block and report which is all well and good but I guess I’m looking to see if there was anything I could do to help push Rare into being a bit more responsive in regards to making their players feel safe.
Like I said, emails seem to go no where and its something that’s been mentioned before on other places like Reddit. I guess I was just hoping to spark discussion or something. Hope everyone is having a good day, and that the holidays and new year treats you
