Bonjour,

J'ai le jeu Forza Horizon 4 depuis le tout début (précommandé) et je n'ai jamais encore eu de vrai problème avec celui-ci, sauf quelques bugs mineures (petits lags, etc...). Le dernier mois, début mars 2019 environ, après la mise jour 7 je crois, a commencé
a avoir des problèmes avec le son. Les bugs sont les suivants:

-Sons et musiques coupées (chaque 2 secondes)

La mise jour 8, sortie ce mardi 9 avril, n'a toujours pas régler le problème. C'est dommage pour un jeu comme Forza Horizon de jouer le son coupé par cause de bug. (Aussi, le son est coupé sans arrêts)

Ce serait très apprécier une réponse ou juste savoir si je ne suis pas le seul.

Thanks for getting back to us. To answer your question, no it won't erase any of your data. While you’re connected to Xbox Live, saved games are automatically stored in the cloud. So you won't have to worry about missing any of your stuff when uninstalling
a game.

You will need to post on the
Forza forums and see what they might have for you. There also may be some posts on it already. Being that all your other games are fine and this is the only one acting up with the sound.

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the lack of sound within Forza Horizon 4.

Are you by any chance accessing the game on a Windows PC, or on an Xbox One console?

If this is on the Xbox One, we would like to recommend uninstalling and then installing the game from your console.
After uninstalling, attempt to power cycle the console, and then follow this up with installing the game.

Hello,

After uninstalling Forza Horizon 4, I did a power cycle and reinstalled it, but it didn't changed anything. I veryfied my TV and the HDMI cable, but they were all ok. The other games are normal, and the problem is still there: the sounds are still broken
abd cut.
