    Tough but Fair achievement in Microsoft Solitaire Collection


    The achievement description is -- Win an Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert difficulty game in any one of the 5 classic games. I've done this several times on each game especially Free Cell and it remains at 0/4. What is the the trick to make this pop?

    I've tried logging off and back on again and it has no effect on the achievement.

    Thanks I've tried most of the boiler plate guides on various sites to no avail. I've seen where others have the same unresolved issue. I've opened a ticket with the devs to see what's going on. All the other achievements seem to work fine. I am not using an Xbox console but have tried on 3 other platforms Windows, Apple and Mobile. Still no joy. If anyone has obtained this achv. and has a suggestion - please advise.
