Touch buttons won't work

Discus and support Touch buttons won't work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my xbox one touch buttons won't work so I can't remove disc.     Touch buttons won't work


    my xbox one touch buttons won't work so I can't remove disc. Also can't hard restart as power button won't work either, can only use controller. Anyone have this problem or able to give some help?

    Block button won't work

    Hi, sorry to hear this is happening. After you press block it takes a while for it to have its effect, wait on his/her profile screen after you press block until the "block" option turns into "unblock" and then you'll be all good.

    Block button won't work

    I been attempting to block this player but anytime I try to block him, he still able to message me and he's profile says I didn't block him.

    It's not the paddles, the paddles work fine. It's the button the paddles touch, it won't work. I pressed the little button and it does nothing, it's assigned and everything, the button clicks too, but it won't say I pressed anything and won't work.

    Is it the original Xbox One? If it is, try to gently clean the touch sensitive power button.

    Power cycling or factory resetting won't help with this issue.
