    Total Shutdown


    So I recently bought this game a few days to roughly a week ago. The graphics for the xbox one version look more amazing and clear then the 360 style. My issue is as I play the game, roughly anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes into the game. The game makes this
    really loud buzzing noise and then shuts down on my completely. My xbox is fine, I went through all the steps, it's just the game in general and it does it a lot. Especially when you constantly pause the game a lot or play for more then 45 minutes it does
    this.

    I'm trying to get the most recent update and it won't work

    Well.... never mind. I just went offline went to the power settings and did a total shutdown. After 10 minutes I turned it back on and he update is updating. Thanks life.

    2 Lights (Overheat) GPU & CPU Total Shutdown

    If it did overheat unplug it from every cable and let it cool off and wait 24 hours before you try it again.

    Which steps have you tried so far? Knowing which steps have been attempted will help with next steps. For now, assuming you have tried an uninstall, let's try a

    Factory Restore on your Xbox One     (selecting Reset and keep my games & apps). If the issue continues only within that specific game, reporting the issue to the developer will be the next best step.

    Hello AgEd77, this may be happening because it is not doing the full shutdown on the console, to do this must do the full shutdown through the console settings.

    Xbox will only turn off completely if you're in: General Settings » Health and Boot Mode"Total Shutdown.

    Battlefield 4 overheat issue?

    I think (not totally sure) that it may only be BF4, because like I said it just started the other day and it only seems to shutdown via overheating when I put in BF4.

    Thank you for posting on the forums. I'd be happy to help.

    For Windows 10, you can disable Narrator from your Ease of Access settings. Click on Start
    or press the Windows key and then select Settings. Go to Ease of Access and then select Narrator from the left panel. You can then turn off Narrator with the switch under "Use Narrator". You can find more information on Narrator by reading this article,
    "Complete guide to Narrator".

    For Minecraft ease of access settings, I recommend reaching out to
    Mojang support.
