    Yous have actually gave me a ban for calling a hacker a (Mod Removed) on a game so he can run around hacking without as much as a second look at his profile I say one word and banned within 1 minute of sending the message.

    Explain to me how this works please because its safe to say I am definitely not amused.

    Just a friendly reminder though that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them and to get more information as well as to prevent this from happening again you can check this link: https://enforcement.xbox.com

    Also, you can check from there if you can file a case review.

    I would also recommend reporting the player in that way the enforcement team will be able to investigate it.

    There is a profanity filter built into the Xbox Live system that is designed to automatically detect offensive words. The system will issue a suspension should you choose to use such language on Xbox Live. Note that you agreed to abide by these rules when you signed up for the service.

    Since using exploits require a real person to look into these reports, these suspensions can not be automated. Hence the reason you receive a suspension when using certain language and other users who are potentially breaking other parts of the Xbox Live ToS do not receive immediate suspensions.

    While I can appreciate that other users breaking the rules and using cheats/exploits ruins the online experience for yourself and others, it is not a good idea to communicate with these individuals in any way that can lead to your own suspension. In fact, it's best not to communicate with them at all. Simply report and leave the game.
