Total miner Forge unable to update/download

Got a message that I needed to update my fun little total miner game. Pressed as instructed and now It won't download and seems to have deleted the game from my list. It seems the owners say it is a microsoft/xbox problem and not to update when instructed
but a bit late for me now.

anyone else having this problem or have a clue how I can get my game back ?

I agree with what you are saying but its not just Microsoft, it is also to do with the governments rules. As us Australians can only play games that have been professionally released and that co. must have a gaming licence (I believe that is what it is called).
This is the reason why we don’t have indie games here because they aren't professionally lunched or released games that haven’t been made by professional corporations that also don’t have a licence. In my opinion it is stupid that we can’t play indie games
as there are so many games in there that i would love to play.

it's in my download history but the game and save contents have gone from my games and when I try to download it again, it goes to 1% then back to 0% then back to 1%.... then gives up and tells me it can not download it.

 

Phone msoft and see what they say

 

check the HDD and make sure its deleted, best option would be is to contact Microsoft maybe it was a corrupt update file?

 

Same problem with me. One the phone for about an hour with next to no help. Oh, and to respond to Samzii15, the problem with that is that there is no update file at all. It absolutely refuses to update.

 

Seems a fair few on twitter have had the same problem, and been talking to xbox support and they seem to know about the issue and its their end and looking into.

not sure how long that will take but hopefully not long
