TOTAL LACK OF SUPPORT

This is what gets me, the total lack of support from Microsoft for anything,

From the poor quality grammar, sentence structures if Xbox responses, to a total lack of reading the issue and responding.

I seriously hope Microsoft support and increase focus on customer experiences, you've lost a long time ms user over to apple, I've given up all hope of any support.

What totally baffles me is how everyone keeps saying how cool Xbox One is and how it lacks almost everything. No deals, abusive number of sequels, lack of support for smaller devs, etc.

That's an industry gone wrong and gamers becoming sheeps.

Not having a go, just thought it was an odd thing to say.

More having a go at the total lack of support MS gives to any new peripheral and pointing out that it's not unusual!

A complete lack of meaningful parenting and guidance, combined with a total lack of respect for life, THAT is what creates monsters like this, not video game violence.
