    Total console crash- Preview alpha


    Hey guys! I am in the preview alpha- as of about an hour ago my XSX suddenly crashes and the led power button flashes 3 times. Tried hard rebooting and power cycling. It suddenly doesn’t stay on long anymore. Any ideas? The console also crashes entirely immediately when I go into report a problem and start trace.

    Consoles that are enrolled in the preview program and are Alpha Or Alpha Skip ahead are randomly chosen to get the new dashboard. If your console has not been chosen, then there is nothing that can be done to to give your console the new dashboard.

    Hi, I tried to private message you but it didn't work.

    You have to be in the insider preview to download the avatar beta app. It works on the original Xbox One, the Xbox One S and Xbox One X. It is not rolled out by console model but by which Insider Preview ring you are in. It has now been rolled out to all
    rings.

    Insider Preview has Alpha Skip Ahead, Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omega rings. Alpha Skip Ahead and Alpha are invite only from the development team. You can use any Xbox One family of console in any of the rings.

    I can't think of much else to try besides clearing the profiles and removing console from preview.
