    TOS violation


    i need help to solve a problem with my xbox live account i received a xbox 360 from a friend for my birthday and few days after i added my xbox live account to the console, it worked for a week but then i started to get the TOS violation code and i don't recall doing some thing that could give me this problem . i haven't purchased enny games online i have only purchased games on cd that arnt pirated . but i might think its because of me trying to connect the console to my laptop for music and movies .

    many many accounts have been reported over the years, i have seen some accounts change ownership more than 5 times and they had been reported and they are still active to this very day.

    Well if you report the accounts in question with the same evidence of them trying to sell them Xbox Live Enforcement will act on it. :)
