It would be up to the enforcement team as to what type of ban it would be, but yes, it violates the rules so it would warrant an enforcement action.

Thanks for the replies. Then you did all you could do. As for what they said it isn't allowed and if reported and they heard it the enforcement team will take appropriate action. As there is nothing more we can do, and enforcement does not use the forums,
i will be locking this thread. Only thing we can suggest is look over the
Enforcement site for useful information.

The ban I received was for an entirely different incident, my only concern was his form of harrassment being acceptable, I did report the player in question and didn't respond.

Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure that the other player was intentionally trying to bait you into doing something to get you in trouble.

While that kind of language and harassment has no place, the instant you retaliated with any curse words, he had his moment that he was looking for. In the future no matter how vile and disgusting somebody is, make sure you screenshot/record what’s been
said (which in this case apparently you were streaming which is good) and then ignore and block him after you report him

Without any kind of report, the enforcement team will never know what’s been done or said, because they can’t monitor every piece of chat that goes out, audio or text.
