    Cant to buy xbox live gold online.

    Hello, I can't to buy xbox live gold online useing my paypal account. It says " we can't procces you payment". I chated with microsoft support and they said it might be a problem because of different regions. But about 2-3 months ago I bought a game Battlefield
    1 online useing my paypal account but now it's not working. To microsoft support I asked to start xbox live gold for free for me and when that problem will be fixed I agree to pay for xbox live gold. Please fixe the problem and help for me. I will be waiting
    for microsoft answer.

    What type of payment option are you using, are you possibly able to test a different payment option to see if there's any change? Be sure the region of your account matches your physical region, cross-region accounts can cause trouble such as the error you're
