Toredo not working preving me playing online on my pc after installing a vpn(i think at least)

Some VPN clients will disable Teredo connectivity while the VPN client is connected, and some VPN clients that install a network adapter that will disable Teredo until the VPN adapter is removed. If you’ve installed a VPN client and Teredo is still disabled even while the VPN client is disconnected, check to see if you have a network adapter named TAP-Windows Adapter V9 installed:

Right-click the Start button, and then select Device Manager.

Select View > Show Hidden Devices.

Select Network Adapters.

Identify any adapters that have a name like TAP-Windows Adapter V9. Right-click the adapter name, and then select Uninstall.

***Note While uninstalling the VPN network adapter should unblock Teredo connectivity, this will also likely cause issues with the VPN client software. If you still require VPN functionality along with Teredo support, refer to the support documentation for the VPN client.

Restart your PC.

as stated above, i have already done this

Its all good now! Last night I followed all the steps on the support page and it didnt work but when i woke up this morning it seems its all fine so not quite sure whats happened there but thanks for the help

After uninstalling the VPN service and the adapter that was created for it you need to follow the teredo fix steps from the beginning, also I recommend follow this steps

Open an Admin command prompt. In the command prompt type netsh interface Teredo set state disable.

Open up Device Manager. Go to View, then select Show Hidden Devices. Delete any network adapters with ‘Teredo’ in the name. You may have two showing, one named ‘Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-interface’ and one named ‘Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter’.

Reboot the PC.

Re-enable Teredo by running the following command in an Admin command prompt: netsh interface Teredo set state >type=default.

Reboot the PC.

Toredo is not actually the main problem. On windows 10, after pressing fix now, I would still get the ‘toredo is unable to qualify’. But the server connectivity would be fixed which would let me play with my friends. Toredo is not the problem.
