    Torchlight 2 Snyc Error


    Anyone else having issues with cloud save files unable to load last save for Torchlight 2 after 2/21 update? Ive contacted Perfect World ( ARC Games) and they said it was a microsoft issue, while Microsoft expert gamer only suggested to do the same steps
    you can find online or contact perfect world ( zero help). Ive been trying to just submit a error report to xbox but haven't found a way to email or send it to them. It seemd to be just on xbox from what ive read on reddits subs, ive only seem a few mentions
    of it.

    If anyone else has this issue go to perfect world's site and submit a ticket, also if you have a way to contact xbox support post it please. This is ridiculously frustrating not having a way to contact xbox support or get a answer a fix. Ps expert xbox gamer
    chat is a waste of time the info they share can be found online (completely useless)

    I haven't, neither ARC games or Xbox support has helped. I hope they look into it. Idk who else to contact about it.

    My wife and i are both having the same issue. We have two different Xboxes, both are failing to sync last save.

    I cant remember but none worked, the issue seems to be with cloud save and Torchlight 2 i(clouds saves work fine on other games) second account with no save data to see if it would sync, and it got the same error message.
