Torchlight 1 Leaderboards Error

Hello,

I am experiencing Leaderboards Error in Trochlight 1 while playing on Xbox Series S. It started yesterday. The error shows up every 15-20 seconds. My network connection seems to be fine in other games. Is there any option to avoid this error? Thank you for any suggestions.

Hi Enzoe1, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

We will be needing to remove and re-add your Xbox 360 profile.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Load up an Xbox 360 backward compatible game

2. Press the menu and view button on the controller at the same time to open the Xbox 360 guide

3. Press "X" to sign out of your account

You should see an option labeled as "Download Profile" then press "A" to confirm

4. Enter your Microsoft Account credentials.

Hi Francia,

I followed the steps, but had no luck. The error still pops up.

Unfortunately, reinstalling the game did not help either.

But then I tried to go offline in Xbox Network settings (My home Xbox must be set). And the error has stopped popping up at last. So I can take care of unfinished bussines with Alric (seems to be the main antagonist in Torchlight right now).

Hope this would be helpful if anyone runs into the same issue with this old gem from Xbox library.

You’re welcome and the last resort will be uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
