I don't have five. The least talked about game that I have the fondest memories of is Hogs of War. That was the ultimate MP party game to accompany a few beers.

I would go with:

Kingdoms of Amalur

ODST

Singularity

Syndicate

Bulletstorm

There are others but that is just 5 that come to mind. ODST was just different and some people did not like that. I personally liked the different approach in that game. And Alpha Protocol was a game I had a lot of fun with but I did see where the criticism
came from.

I agree, Halo 3 ODST is a great game

I understand where the complaints are coming from though, because going into battle with the "I am a Spartan" tactics got you killed. ODST requires more of a "fighting smarter" tactic than rushing in with guns a blazing

The most difficult setting that I've played on the Halo games is "Heroic".

With that being said, the first time that I played ODST I remember using "Spartan Tactics" and it didn't end so well LOL

Halo Reach is my top Halo game because it doesn't have the Master Chief as the main protagonist.

Please understand that the Master Chief is epic indeed, but my female Spartan B12 is just too awesome for even the MC to contend with LOL

Yes, it was released on the PS2. He probably was playing it. I think the 3rd installment went to Playstation and not Xbox. Hopefully a 4th will be on both. Thanks, you too.

Not sure if they were underrated or not, but both Timesplitters 1 and 2, were both hours of fun. Unique games, in my opinion. The MP on 2 was just silly, in a good way. Hope they make a 3rd.

@ NxtDoc1851 and Genchy

Spec Ops was one of those games that comes along every so often that really makes an impact in the way I wish more games would.

I genuinely felt gutted at the part you probably know I'm referring to. (Don't want to post spoilers) Also, I made sure I watched all possible endings... But not until I'd sat through the entire credits listening to that Hendrix song in complete contemplation.

If anyone here hasn't played it... It's a game that I cannot recommend highly enough. The gameplay mechanics aren't anything groundbreaking, but the story will stay with you for some time after.

Also... Both the Riddick games (as mentioned by a few here) are essential if you're into the movies. Best movie tie in games ever imo.

^ me! I'm quite selective and usually finish games I start before moving on, Three games I can think of that I gave up on, GTA4, Dungeon Siege 3 and Resi 6. Got quite a few on the shelf for a replay when I can though.
