Let's see. Five games I wish I didn't buy? I'm not too critical of games tbh, but I do regret buying a couple. In no particular order.

I did make it sound like a warp core breach, didn't I. That might be a little too dramatic. Probably more like your second example, or keeping it in TNG terms, I'd say my game purchase regrets Nos. 2-5 faded away like a small fleet of Romulan warbirds
choosing to cloak after realizing they are hopelessly outgunned in a Neutral Zone gambit (The Defector). But, just as the trial of humanity before the Continuum is eternal (All Good Things), my judgment of games after purchase is never-ending as well.

(The reason I don't have a full list of five is, when it comes to gaming, I really don't have serious regrets; in this case, it's mere disappointment/frustration in the quality of workmanship of yet another Trek game. If I'd had the benefit of a good ol'
temporal displacement, I would have known to wait till the game was nine bucks. )

Be careful what you wish for in regards to temporal anomalies because unless you have the powers of Guinan; things might end up like the way it did in the episode "Yesterday's Enterprise"

I maze well chip in here too. These Top 5 threads were fun from 2014. We need some more for 2015!

As for this, Top 5 games I wish I never bought:

Watch Dogs, Halo Spartan Assault, Just Cause 2, The Guia Mission some Xbox 360 game, Super Heroes Lego Marvel game for Xbox 1.

There have been a few others, including BF3.

1. Destiny (just to repetitive, lack of content)

2. CoD Ghosts (I am a BF4 fan and tried out the competition. BF is just so much more fun and prettier)

3. GTA V (just not my type of game)

4. Band Hero or was it called guitar hero 126, can't remember (Rock Band was so much better)

5. Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zero (not wort 30 bucks)

BF4 and CoD Ghosts are all I can think of at the moment. With both games I bought them to play with friends. I might have a couple hours playtime in each. Other than that I don't really regret any of my purchases. Even games I didn't enjoy.

ATM its AC Unity paid £25 not long after release thinking im getting a bargain. Its now available on disc for £15 and i havnt even started it!!

Nine bucks would have been a lot easier to stomach! I liked the concept and agree the game play in general was good (personally I enjoy stealth objective-type missions). I'm sure my overall experience would have been much better had I played
through the story in co-op with a buddy (the co-op was another nice feature).

My problem is with the execution. I don't understand developers, publishers, and franchise license holders who are willing to put out a game with the lack of polish that this game exhibited and call it a finished product. I made it through the game with
no big single game-ending glitch, but I experienced plenty that took me right out of the story and/or made a few of the secondary objectives impossible to achieve. I know Spock has the power of the mind-meld and a mean nerve pinch, but I had no idea levitation
was in his bag of tricks! I can remember at least a time or two when when he floated right off a ladder and into the view of the Gorn, ending my stealth attempt. lol

I've had plenty of fun playing other bad games, but the Star Trek franchise has a stigma of gaming badness. That may well have colored my view of this game too. I missed out on GRFS, GoW Judgment, and Army of Two and, based on your assessment, will try
to keep it that way.

In regards to Titanfall the new DLC pack is okay, but we literally only have 6 maps, and a 'temporary' new mode. There are new little bits and pieces about though- like buying emblems, burn cards (I told you they would do that one day! EA can't resist selling
card packs for some reason- whether for real cash or not) and the new daily challenges add a new dynamic. Piece by piece we're getting a more fleshed out experience, but there need to be a lot more. Minimum of 3 more map packs, an integrated clan system, at
least 6 new permanent game modes, and some more customization and colour options for Pilots and Titans (Bright pink Ogre anyone?) Make it so, and Titanfall will be all set for a decent life span.

Only a couple of my friends had the game, and they were in America. Private sessions were nearly pointless. I did try to use the Mobile bank deposits, but it became a tedious chore, and I could never do it fast enough.
