Took too long to start error and games not loading

I've been getting this error for months now and it happens 2 to 3 times weekly. Every time I get this stupid error i have to restart my Xbox One S for my games to load up, additionally xbox customer service is a complete joke, i have done lierally everything
I can and this f'ing error won't stop.

What i've tried so far, as suggested by Xbox customer support:

1. Hard restarting(only a temporary fix) 1a. Factory resttting my Xbox One.

2. Clearing persistent storage

3. Clearing my mac address

4. Deleting and readding my account

5. Clearing the cache by unplugging everything and letting everything sit for 5+ minutes, yes I did unplug the power cord from the wall outlet too.

6. Reformatting both of my external hard drives.

Also:

1. I have a good, steady hardwired internet connection. My provider says that everything is good on my end.

2. My Xbox One is my home Xbox and its just me, no gamesharing.

3. I've tried exchanging my Xbox One S twice, two consoles with the same error problems? Wtf Microsoft? Are you selling me dog crap?

3. Someone suggested I try port forwarding which I have not done yet, would that stop the errors?

Now my digital copy of Hal0 5 is not loading, I'm getting dumoed bck to the desktop/home screen. Error code 0x8027025a. "Hlo 5 for ome reason took too long to start"

yeah it happens with any game I try to launch. I've had the problem ever since I got the console though and I've tried resetting it like that in the past but it still happens

it seems like you have tried mainly everything we can tell you to do, if this person who told you to port forward has done it themselves and it has worked then it should work, if the issues keep happening you will need to get back in touch with xbox customer
support unfortunately.

 

The problem is that i don't understand what is causing this error? I also have sign in problems sometimes too which makes me think that it is an online problem. But what the disc drives in the One S models? Are they notorious for being crappy or something?
If so is the One X any better?

 

the disc trays in the one s as far as I know do have issues now and again, as for the one x I can confirm they are much better as I own one myself, I would highly recommend anyone to buy one if they have the money.

 

So do you think think that my issue is mainly a bad disc drive?

 

it could be the laser in your disc tray not reading it properly as they are known for breaking in any console or it won't read properly if you get dust on it so it may be the laser if anything

 

Port forward is a good choice to do when this happens and try to release the mac address too that helps!!
