took off auto-renewal for xbox live, but still charged and auto-renewed

I bought a month's membership for a pound deal with my card. I got the free trial for Zune but have recently been charged 8.99. I have turned my auto renewal on Xbox Live and Zune off, but have heard complaints that even with auto renewal turned off from
Zune they have still been charged. So i'm just worried even with auto renewal turned off for Zune i'm going to get charged, any help?

There is a possibility that the auto renewal of your Xbox Live subscription is currently activated and you need to turn it off before the subscription expires so that it will not auto renew and for you not to be automatically charge.

you need to turn your auto renewal off go to xbox.com then onto account and beside your avatar you will see auto renewal switch it to off and it will no longer auto charge you

If auto-renewal is turned off, it will just run until that day and then expire. It won't charge you again. If you leave auto-renewal turned on, it will charge you again.
