    Took my money, but won’t let me download dlc


    Last night I purchased a DLC for Dead By Daylight, Charity Case. Took my money, but says “Oops, there was a problem” and wont let me download it. I have called customer support three times today, and all three times I have been disconnected (I am trying hard to believe that I wasnt hung up on three times.) I am trying to resolve this issue, and i am not getting any support. Please assist.

    DLC wont download but took my money

    Can you try heading to Settings>Accounts>Download History to see if it is listed there? If it is not then you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance with getting and downloading the item. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    I installed mk11 dlc using game pass but it won’t work when I try playing the game

    I’m having a very similar issue except I was able to download 2 dlc characters but when I tried to download spawn it won’t let me. Paid for it and everything.

    I also have the game pass

    No it’s not so ur telling me the DLC is 104GB it says I own the game but it won’t download
