Took a game away from me

HELP!

I had just bought far cry 2 (the 360 version) and Installed it fully. I checked my bank and the money had been charged. I go to play the game and it says I don't own the game so I follow some steps after looking for help and nothing works so I uninstall
the game and when I go to reinstall it says I have to buy it again and I have not been given any sort of refund. I NEED HELP

I have just found out now that it has charged me twice so I payed double and didn't even get the game again HELP NOW

Unfortunately we cannot help with billing or refund issues on the forums since we do not have the tools to see your account order history or any other information regarding the refund. You will need to contact Xbox customer support to see why the charge
was refunded as it could have very well been refunded or canceled by your bank and not Microsoft.

Contact us here
Select Xbox One
Select See other options
Select Payment & billing under Account management
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select Request a call from Support if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region

Buddy, we can't afford to look up financial transactions. Only xbox support can do that. I recommend contacting us so that your issue can be resolved.
