    So when live is having issues why can't I get some sort of reimbursement for it. It's not my fault xbox is having so many issues. I got booted from a PUBG match right in the middle of a heated battle. Not once, but 3 or 4 times. The xbox said it was on their
    end, and I'm booted completely off live. I'm really unhappy that we as paying costumers have to just deal with it. Fix this please, and don't tell that we get free games every month, because most of those are crap games. I have an xbox one x if that helps.

    Achievements are down... again

    Update: The current service alert just updated and is actually addressing the achievements issue now, hopefully this will fix it for all future service alerts too.

    Service account error not allowing me to get on Xbox live?

    I too have got this alert today. The current service alert should not affect my console :/ Would appreciate word from Microsoft !

    Too many Service alerts

    The user agreement covers this. You don't get compensated because of a minor error.

    Also, PUBG will crash from time to time. It is a preview program game. (Work in Progress)
