    Too many Ads!


    You are showing way too many **** ads for your "FREE" content. STOP This! as with all companies these days this trend is getting far out of hand. This trend is stuffing these pointless ads down our throats. (By 'Pointless' I mean all ads.) "Free content"
    should be free, with no encumbrances that take so much of our time. This trend has become a very sad state of affairs as we (as a society) think it is necessary to grub for every dollar we can from every person on every electronic device and then use the
    lame excuse of 'providing Free content.' You Suck!

    Completely agree. Why should we pay for a service that's full of ads? I've just sent an email of complaint.

    Hi there,

    first try to see what happens when the game is started by a different profile on your console (if another profile is available) this will determine if the issue is profile related or not.

    Also be sure to try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    Another thing to try is to Uninstall the game, do a power cycle and then Reinstall the game.

    Credit card works for all my other accounts except for this one

    How many other accounts have the card that you are trying to use added to it? It's possible that you are trying to use it on too many accounts.

    You should consider adding Paypal instead of a credit card.
