    Too Loud

We just setup our xbox one with Live tv from our xfinity x1 box. We have not had one video issue, but instead we are having a problem with the xbox one pre-amping the sound output. Our tv is connected via optical to our vizio 5.1 sound bar setup. Xbox without
the live tv wroks fine, but anything coming through the live tv app blasts. We also checked our analog sound output and it is blasting too. We lowered the volume on both the soundbar and xbox to it's lowest settings and even at a setting of one with the soundbar
in night mode, it sounds like we have it turned up to five. Normally our neighbors in the next apartment cannot even hear our tV, but this brought them knocking on our door.

Does anyone have any idea how to get the volume of live tv itself to lower?

    :)

    Too Loud! HELP!!!

pretty sure there is no way to adjust volume on the 360 only to turn sounds (like when selecting the different menu pages) on and off but the volume control would be done on your TV or stereo (if it is hooked up to one).

There isn't a specific control for xbox sounds like you are describing CustomaryEwe87. However that being said there is a music adjustment that can be made. Press the home key go to music and there is a volume adjustment. But if the console is too loud as
far as the fans go try turning off the console and place it on its side, and make sure it has plenty of open air to great. Keep it out of cabinets etc...

Do you play with little or no sound?

Not too loud but loud enough so that I can hear it.

    mic too loud

You’ll find noise suppression in your settings.

Make sure your party members also use it :)
