Is your Xbox connected to your network wirelessly or via Ethernet cable? If you're on Wi-Fi, try using a wired connection to see if that improves the Netflix experience. If not, since you've already tried reinstalling the app, you'll want to reach out to
Netflix for further support. They'll have a better understanding of their app and any issue occurring with it right now.

Hello, have you tried redownloading your profile?

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. I have seen it fix a lot of problems. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thanks for reaching out to us! It sounds like you've tried a lot of troubleshooting so far but still are having issues launching Fortnite and Rocket League. What I would recommend, since you've already performed a factory reset is removing the games and
then re-installing them. If you attempted this prior to the factory reset then that may be why it didn't work since a factory reset would remove any potentially damaging files from the operating system of your console. You can also try running through our

Game Freeze Solution for troubleshooting to see if that offers any further progress or solution.

If you do continue to experience the same issue after that, I would recommend
requesting a call back from Xbox Support as they may be able to offer you a solution to you to get you back in the game faster.
