Too big to care anymore. No more of my money!!

1. Win10 computer wont update now, displays error message for support. Support tech#1 cant fix it. Support tech#2 says they called when they did not. Win10 computer still wont update and no one cares; although, Microsoft sure will tell you they do.
I had chose to opt out of the upgrade but still got it anyways. Who fixes my computer when they break it?

2. Rewards program, wow did I get a rude awakening. Did they tell you there are 2 rewards programs? I am only interested in the video game one. AND,even though Xbox live is Microsoft, they cash your checks as Microsoft, but the rewards are a 3rd party
and well, you want support, post your question in a forum for ALL to see and comment on. Nice way to make a customer feel like wise money was spent. So after about a week of searching, writing, posting I finally received an answer. I am Screwed! I am
not financially good enough to get rewards. Why??? Not only do they not tell you there are a rewards program, because it took me almost a year to know. That my $225 dollars is not enough to be a "true rewards" member. I needed to spend 300, and also, it
cannot be any addon, game currency or I cannot have used paypal. I have to keep track of my points, so if I forget, tough luck buddy! **** kind of rules are those? Enrich the rich by saving them more and lording over us all. I worked hard to get myself
and my daughter an Xbox one, and the games, the live. Then to punish me for not protecting my transactions because that is the first thing you ask for, is a receipt.

Starting today, I shall begin to recycle Microsoft products out of my household. Goodbye phone, tablet, (2) Xbox ones, Xbox 360 and closing my emails.

Playstation 4 has issues, but their customer service beats these guys all day because they want business. Microsoft plays numbers. They figure they can add more than who leave. They do not care one cent about the dollars you spend.

Linux based OS are free and do have great community support which is the same you get here. Submit ticket, wait days for answer, and at least if you get helped. ITS BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO!!!!! Not because they will get sued, or that you may tip the scales
on seeing they jdgaf about you. Really, they could careless if they have unhappy customers.

Explore your options. Its only going to get worse the more Microsoft buys things up.

@Murder The difference between you and I is that, I don't slam any business for making whatever business decision they do. Either I roll with it or put my money into something else that will satisfy my needs. Personally I think you are too emotionally invested
in this because MS doesn't care about you. Sony doesn't care about you. Nintendo doesn't care about you. No company out there cares about you or anyone else. They care about our money.

All of the big 3 supported the hell out of their consoles regardless of what you believe to be true. The fact that this generation lasted twice as long means you can't say otherwise.

Micro transactions are now here to stay for the rest of the COD series even if we don't want it. Did they shoot themselves in the foot? No not really, they more shot their big toe off.
