Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 "Rad Pack"

I have recently bought THPS5 from GAME, with the pre-order I receive the "rad pack" download code. For a long period of time it wouldn't even accept the code, with the sorry we couldn't download this, error message. When it did work it said it redeemed
it wasn't in my downloads and it was not appearing in game, the new skin for Tony Hawk didn't unlock, neither did the new boards. When checking the files it didn't say i had any dlc for the game, unlike sunset overdrive, which said I had the season pass. On
the Microsoft website i reviewed my purchase history, it didn't appear, and re typing the code says its already been redeemed. HELP!!!

Hey there, PROgamer6487! Sorry to see you're running into this. When you go in-game, are you able to see the skin or boards at all in there and they just need to be unlocked? Or are they not appearing in the game at all? Get back to me and we can dig a bit
deeper from there.

 

They are not appearing at all. And if they are I cant see them as you cant see what the board looks like until you buy it in THPS5. I believe they don't show up however as in the "Rad Pack" it says i get a 80's Tony Hawk skin, but when looking through the
skins options, its not there. There is regular Tony Hawk, Tony Hawk Vert and Tony Hawk Alt, no 80's Tony Hawk. Thanks for replying

around here in case it didn't redeem properly). You can send me a private message by clicking on the envelope at the bottom of my post.

Hey again, PRO! I got word back from the investigating teams. They are still working on this, but have suggested to check the Store on your console for the DLC content in about 24 hours from now. Let me know if you are able to get it or not. I want to get
that information back over to the investigating teams asap.
