Why can not I buy and download Tomb Raider Underworld Beneath the Ashes

I do not understand, just bought an addition to the game and it went well. At first I thought I did not have money, but so did not! Money is in the account!

DLC is vanishing.

Last year I purchased a 'Tomb Raider Underworld: Beneath The Ashes." expansion pack, afew months later created a new XBL account, (this one.) I just went back onto my old one, an the expansion pack has vanished. I paid for it, so theres no reason for it
to just go! Can I get it back without having to re-download it?

 

Stolen DLC

When "Tomb Raider Underworld" released its DLC, Beneath The Ashes, I bought it straight away. I had it for a few months and played it often, then one day it just..vanished? I've tried redownloading it, but it requires me to pay. I refuse to pay for something
I already bought. so i'd like to know how to get it back.

I have the same problem. neither game downloadable content nor from the store helped. The store says 'this offer isn't valid in your region.' I cannot even buy it. Can someone please help. (((
