Tomb Raider Room Won't Load Correctly -Need Help

I'm 62% complete and am in the Chasm Shrine. The doors to the next room are open, and when I look and go inside, the room doesn't load completely. It's only partially there, and I can't get it to load correctly no matter what I do. I've watched a walk-through
and know what the room should look like, but it's just not there.

I have no other saved points to go back to, and have just completed one of the most difficult battles I've encountered so far with crazy and intense Samari. I would hate to have to go through that again since it took me weeks to get through it this time.

Any thoughts on what I can do to correct this problem?

Going to wait for a sale, still have loads of games to start and finish and Tomb Raider just round the corner.

 

Tomb raider definitive edition

I have downloaded tomb raider on xbox one.No video scenes are working and know will not load past helicopter scene.Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and stops at same point can anyone help

 

Hope you managed to get this fixed as I had a part of the game that was like that and I kept falling through when I went through tunnel.

Sure I went and did some other stuff then came back and it was fine an hour later

 

I tried everything to fix this problem. Uninstalled the game. Clearly the cache memory. Restarted over and over. Nothing would fix it.

The only way I could solve the problem was to replay the game from the start. When I got to the problem point, it loaded correctly, and I breezed through the level.
