    Tomb Raider - Redeemed code to wrong Account


    Hi all,

    I bought my son an xbox one for his birthday and it came with a download of Tomb Raider. However when trying to download it, #I was logged into a different account (for my other son's xbox 360). Is there any way it can be cancelled from the wrong account
    and put on the correct one in order that it can download?

    FIFA 14 code redeemed but no download?

    That happened to me to when I redeemed my code for Tomb Raider. It said that was successful but it's not in my history anywhere and I was wondering the same thing

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    You would need to contact support, this is just a disscussion forum. Click on the support tab at the top of the page select xbox one and then contact us. Hope you can get it sorted

    Sorry but once a code has been entered it cant be transfered to another account, the only items that can be transfered is gold membership but nothing else can be transfered
