Tomb Raider Definitive Edition Narcissistic Aachievement Not Unlocking

For about the past year i've been trying to get the Narcissistic achievement in Tomb Raider Definitve Edition on the Xbox One to unlock.

It's requirements are to purchase one multiplayer character from the store. I have the Shopaholic for purchasing them all so i've met the requirements for it.

I've gone through all the standard troubleshooting things such as power cycling, deleting the game and re-installing, deleting my save and re-synching from the cloud, re-buying something under a fresh save and i've still not been able to get it to unlock.

I've spoken to Xbox Support several times already, and each time been told to go to Square Enix. Square Enix don't seem to understand why I keep getting sent to them as they say they can't do anything regarding this as they don't have access to my Xbox account,
Microsoft is the one who can solve it.

Microsoft also want me to ask this question here and get the assistance of the ambassadors about this issue.

So if anyone has any ideas, aside from the standarad troubleshooting stuff as thats all be done several times already, then hopefully you'll be able to help before I go back again to Xbox
Support.

New XBOX One experience, I'm ready for it.

How is saying "Cortana go to Tomb Raider Definitive Edition" any more childish than saying "Xbox go to Tomb Raider Definitive Edition"?

 

Unless someone in the forums have the exact experience it is unlikely anyone in them will be able to help. If you have tried thing like a hard reset performed EXACTLY like this doesn't help. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until
the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If the normal trouble shooting steps don't resolve it then either Square Enix or Xbox Support will have to assist.

 

Done all that.

I'm aware that it was a long shot, but seeing as Microsoft wanted me to I thought i'd ask anyway before I go back to them again.

I've already done all the stardard things, as followed by the numerous guides suggested on the offical Xbox site, TrueAchievements and by Xbox Support several times.

I have contacted Xbox Support again for the 3rd time for this issue, its being looked into, and esculated.
