Tomb Raider Definitive Edition is 30fps

Both versions are 1080p but Xbone runs the game at 30fps and PS4 is 60fps. Xbone struggling again....

New XBOX One experience, I'm ready for it.

How is saying "Cortana go to Tomb Raider Definitive Edition" any more childish than saying "Xbox go to Tomb Raider Definitive Edition"?

Ps4 fans will be happy then, can't wait to get this loved playing the first time round luckily graphics don't matter to me as long as the stories great which this is

 

Graphics don't matter to you yet you're going to purchase the same game again just with prettier graphics?

 

I haven't played it before so looking forward to it. To be honest I don't think 30fps is a huge concern, especially with third person games. A stable framerate for this is the most important thing.

They've had a rough time of it this gen so far.

Yes, Sony's PS4 is more powerful than xboxone, its out selling xboxone massively, its so far more reliable than the xboxone. Its predicted to hugely out sell the xboxone over a 5 year period. What a rough time they're having lololololololol.

 

No I'm buying it because I loved the game, was my game of the year last year, so I can't wait to play it again

 

Suppose the only thing that can run at 60fps on the Xbox One is NFL TV.

Xbone is massively underpowered compared to PS4, that much is true.

 

However people try to put off their concerns, this is a worrying trend if true.

The Xbox One is technically more powerful than my PC but my system can run Tomb Raider at 60fps at the High Settings with TressFX enabled and a step higher if that graphical frippery is turned off.

So why can't the Xbox One? We know 60fps can be done with great looking games because Forza manages it just fine. Why are other developers having to make sacrifices to their games?

 

Blame Kinect. It saps two cpu cores AND 10% of the weak gpu, slow ram that reserves 3gb for three different operating systems and low bandwidth. Xbone is basically a 360.5
