Tomb Raider Definitive Edition Installation Stopped! Error code 0x80073cf2

So I bought Tomb Raider Definitive Edition from the on my Xbox one cause they have it cheap this week for Xbox live gold members. I purchased it along with some other games. I downloaded one of the games just fine. Then I went to download Tomb Raider and
it would say installing then go back to queued and after awhile or would say installation failed and give me the error code 0x80073cf2. So I tried the other games I purchased online and they all downloaded and installed just fine.

I looked that up on the URL they supplied and nothing.

I'm at a loss of what to do. Can I go to cancel to take it out of queue and try again or will I have to purchase it again?

I can't play TOMB RAIDER DEFINITIVE EDITION "an ERROR CODE: 0x803f800b "always pop up.I checked xbox support ,my error code is not listed.How can I resolve that issue

From what I see redownloading this usually is the fix for the error you provided. First go to
https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure you see your purchase there. If you do, then try to redownload your content. View and download game content and add-ons on Xbox One

Should I select "Cancel", because every time I try to re-download it will say Installing then back to queue, then Installation Stopped.
