Tomb Raider Definitive Edition goes to black screen when I try to continue a loaded save

Here is what i sent to Square Enix

"I was playing my Tomb Raider Definitive Edition on XboxOne when at 57% my game cannot load (after loading time a black screen appears, no buttons work and i only hear some sounds of the game). After some Internet research i found out that many users along
the world have the same problem. Its being said all over that Square Enix has been contacted and you just reply suggesting stupid things about adjusting sound, video, etc, all kind of silly questions that dont solve the problem at all. As a client i want a
serious response from you, cause its visible that it is a software problem (you wont convince me that so many blurays all over the world are scratched). I can guarantee that i wont lost one penny i`ve spent in this game, and if you wont work to solve this
issue i will sue you, and as i can see it wont be difficult to prove you wrong. I want decent explanation, not foolish talk. "

 

Today I deleted the save from my console again and then launched Tomb Raider to allow it to re-download the save. Magically when I launched my save file it worked this time! Woohoo!

 

Did the same - deleted my save data from the hard drive and then relaunched the game - after the game synced the data, it continues at the same point I got the black screen and it worked!!

Yay!!

 

I have deleted twice from hard drive, tried offline, reset my xbox one an still have the back screen at 56%!

 

I've just had the same issue. At 57% black screen with background noise. Tried the reload no better. My first

game ever on the Xbox one, kind of worried that I've spent my money on the wrong platform after reading all of the reviews above.

 

THANK you so much. Especially ChicoQuente. I was at 42 percent, same to the load screen with no audio. Deleted save file from local console and re downloaded from cloud and it worked just fine. Second time this happened. Thanks once again

 

same thing for me at 76%. did the synchro from the cloud, still the bug. did it again, same result.

=> Not serious. Will avoid buying the rise of tom raider

 

I am at the last level, and there is a bug where I cant see all of the skins, and I can't complete the game. There is no support from Square Enix and the accounts won't link, I'm with you I will not be buying the rise of the tomb raider
