Tomb Raider Definitive Edition- 82% Progress AND DOOM

I have achieved 82% progress in this game. When attempting to play a week ago after the loading screen appears a completely black screen with game noises in the background. I found this is a known issue with this game. A save corruption problem.

I have attempted many recommended actions for a solution:

Clear local saved data from console, uninstall game, reinstall, re-sync with cloud=
FAIL

Disconnect from internet and attempt to load from console ONLY=
FAIL

Power cycle XBOX ONE= FAIL

Contacted Square-Enix technical support; generated a ticket
(Ticket number is:
5443945) and NO RESPONSE= FAIL

Variations of first step listed above= FAIL

I arrived at the conclusion both cloud and console data are corrupt. And this really sucks. I have completed 82% of the game and really do not want to start over.

Is it possible MS technical support can access a previous save-point in my cloud and establish it?

Any other suggestions would be welcomed.

Regenerate challenges.

I've been playing Attrition to complete challenges, currently need to doom 20 titans by rodeo to progress. Had a guy mad at me because he said I didn't have the teams back, but I had 6 dooms. I was confused beacusei thought dooming titans netted me the most
points.

Achievements help, game progress not showing

Completed most of doom offline then took my Xbox to a friends place to hook it up online and wait for the cheevos to start pouring through. One came thru when I started the game up and then another when I met requirements I had already met. Removed and
redownloaded my account as suggested by an ambassador in chat. That ddid nothing except now that I have come home ALL other game saves except doom are gone. POOF. I spent a LOT of time almost completing all the games I own and all save data is gone. Hundreds
of hours. Gone. Almost 13 days of fallout 4 gone. Days of dark souls 3 gone. Everything is gone except my doom save. Wrt please help me guys I'm losing my mind here

Well its at least comforting to know I'm not the only one having problems. I've been trying to grind out the last Doom multiplayer achievements before Eternal and one I should've gotten yesterday didn't unlock. After that I went and played through most
of Shantae from games with gold and unlocked exactly zero achievements even though many of them are for story progression that I definitely did.
