Tomb Raider DE & Thief Half Price

I picked up Thief, wasn't keen on the idea of it being short but for 27 quid i thought why not, since i had been moaning how digital wasn't cheap i also picked it up on principle of helping encourage MS to do more sales like this.

Won't get Tomb raider tho played it to death on the 360 tho i did enjoy the mp i dont think i could re-purchase the game lol

 

@LTA Soldier £27.99 for Thief was a pricing error, it should have been £24.79, you should get a £3.20 refund.

I went for Tomb Raider, a bit silly really as I've still got it on the 360 but I just liked it so much lol.

 

i thought it was a bit random since i told my mate it would be 25, i just thought they'd stuck the main game upto 55 but if i get a refund then bonus, think i got 2 quid from rewards aswell so thats a fiver to something in the future, win win.

Ripp, it's $44 for you? That's odd. It says $30 on my screen. By your own admission that means that you would buy it.

 

Tomb Raider...... great. Gameplay awesome, controls awesome, graphics amazing. $30 well spent, even full price for this game would be acceptable!

Thief I downloaded yesterday but haven't tried it yet. Couldn't pass it up at the price point.

True, I didn't even think about it; if you get both, you're getting 2 games for the price of 1. Not bad...

 

Tomb raider should have been a 10 dollar upgrade for anyone who already played it. my bet is about one employee tweeked it for x1 and he or she was a low paid techy

i do think it was one of better 360 games though and the main team did a great job.

they could have at a minimum written a different ending

 

Why change the ending? That would make no sense at all. Maybe add in more tombs or part of the story sure.

I bought it for the 360 (still got it)and on The Xbox One in the sales but I'm not going to say how much it should have been, if I wanted it cheaper I would have just waited longer.

Probably didn't take that many people to upgrade it, but I'm guessing it was more than one lol.

 

Bought Thief, absolutely brilliant game, well worth £25.

 

As much as I'm itching for a new One game, these two titles aren't exactly high on my list despite a tempting price.

 

I've never been a fan or got into the Tomb Raider series. Thief is unkown to me, and I need to know or have the genral idea of what I'm getting into before I make the dive as I don't want to purchase a game that I end up disliking. It would not be so bad
if the local rental store had some stock of Xbox One games so I could try before I buy.

 

I started playing Tomb Raider and I am amazed at how good it looks. I wasn't really expecting to look much better than the last generation versions, but man it looks beautiful.
