Tomb Raider DE Freezing At Certain Points

I go to play Tomb Raider on Xbox One and I'm trying to get the Ghost Hunter challenge. In the area where you help Dr. Whitman with the door at the beginning of the game. I'm trying to go down the shaft or hole with the broken stairs and everytime I reach
it the game freezes. I'v hard resset my console and redownloaded the game but it still won't work. I also know that there is a Status alert for content downloads and usage. Does anybody know what I should do and if this is happening to others.

Xbox x freezing

I have this issue playing Rise of the Tomb Raider. Always at the same spot. Freezing appears and then the Xbox turns off.

When loading my story on rise of the tomb raider it keeps on freezing

 

I tried a different save slot and it didn't freeze at that spot. Would the game freezing on me repeatedly like that mean that my console is broken

 

Sounds like a glitch tbh.you say you tried another save slot and it was fine.

All other games are working fine yeh?

 

I tried a different save slot and it did work. all my other games don't freeze on me. The other save slot that worked was a save for my cousin. I also tried to move the save to a different slot but it didn't work. I just deleted my save file and started
a new one since I was missing a secret achievement.

 

Yeh just a random glitch then,I had an issue on that game where the enemies wouldn't load and had to restart it.hopefully you wont run into it again,good luck!

 

I'm also noticing frame rate drops at certain times

 

Thats normal.it runs at 30 frames per second.but it can drop down to about 20 depending on what's goin on.most games drop frames

 

Alright Thanks for clearing that up for me. I get paranoid sometimes if anything acts up.
