Tomb Raider DE crashing (same spot)

Same issue, tried re-installing, clearing the cache, unplugging the xbox, unplugging the kinect. no luck. Very annoying

 

I had the same issue twice so far at the place where plane crashed. I've been kicked out to home screen then, but game hasn't froze on me yet. Need a patch a believe

 

I managed to the stop the freezing and sound issues in my game by turning Kinect voice commands back on and putting the sound volume back to 100%. So far I managed after 3 hours play I haven't had an issue. I'm not sure if this helps anyone else but it sure
made the game playable again for me

 

Exact same spot, exact same issue. I'd pretty much given up and conceded to returning the game. However, I decided to have one last bash at fixing it. I started a new game in a new save slot & then quit to the main menu to reload my previous one. It seems
to be working fine now. Not sure whether it was the messing that fixed it, or mere coincidence. Worth a shot though, I guess.

 

What MJL87 said about the freezing/crashing issue after the plane crash and the guy with the shield, start a new game and reload the old save. It worked for me!! THANKS

 

My tomb raider on xbox one just locks up at random and i have to go to dashboard and play from last save. this is the fourth time it has done this

 

Square Enid replied to my email saying to power down the xbox and start a new game from a new save slot. This will be 3rd time I have started a new game. Regardless I am still going to wait for patch as their response seems very 'standard' rather then thought
out.

 

Power down did not work. Same issues.

 

I have been on the phone with a CR uninstalled and reinstalled twice. it still does it. I DL it from live. I figured it was the DL, apparently this is happening with a disk as well. I hope this gets fixed soon, I was just starting to get into this game!!

 

Having the same issue also. Did everything suggested, new save, power cycle, uninstall/reinstall, unplugged my One and let it sit over night even. Kinda hard to get motivation to start a whole new game so deep into game. Really hope someone from either technical
teams say something that is actually helpful.

Maybe i have an answer to that "bug"... It sounds ridiculous but try to avoid the ramp! Just jump at the right side down to the fire place.....

Just jump at the upper right corner of the ramp in a bow down... its so stupid, that i cannot laugh about it.

 

my game crashes in the exact same spot. Very annoying, Ive been enjoying this game quite a bit.I refuse to start over and have followed all suggestions posted here.

 

have you tried my suggestion?

 

No I didn't see it prior to posting. I will and report back, its worth a try. So far this is my favorite xbox one game.
