Tomb Raider DE crashing (same spot)

I have sound issues, cinematics don't work and crashes.

Xbox x freezing

I have this issue playing Rise of the Tomb Raider. Always at the same spot. Freezing appears and then the Xbox turns off.

 

help with backwards xabability

can anyone help? my xbox one is crashing when i am trying to download my profile to play tomb raider

 

Did you encounter the same issue that I had? Oh and was there even a day-one update for this game? After installing it I went online and no update was prompted for download.

 

Im having the same issue how do we fix it ??

 

I am experiencing crashes too, two different places so far. Think its fairly random.

 

No idea how to fix it, I've tried playing the game offline with kinect on/off etc... I'm not gonna uninstall and reinstall it because that takes too long hahahaha. I've started the game again and when I reached the same point my heart was pounding with nervousness
only to realise it actually didn't freeze this time. This was on my 2nd save file, and so I reloaded the first one to see if the issue is still there...and it is, so I just kept playing through the game on my 2nd save. Hopefully it won't happen between now
and the end of the game, but it seems my first save is now 'corrupted' with this freeze/crash issue.

I've emailed Square Enix but they need to know it's not just one guy; PLEASE send them an email and they'll get the point that it's an issue for quite a number of people:

Happening to me all the time at cut scenes.It just pauses mid frames even the rain is still coming down lol.

 

ya mine is doing the same thing, going to try uninstalling it then re-installing it. Ill let yall know if it works

 

I am having the issues all the way through but now at 33% cannot go any further as a cutscene says 'loading' and won't go any further. I have re-installed and does not work still. Going to delete save game and start again but honestly I think we are going
to have to wait for a patch. Not impressed.

 

I'm at 85% complete through the game, had a weird sound glitch so exited to menu so I could reload my save. Big mistake apparently. My save game no longer loads, it crashes to dashboard every time before loading into the game. I can start a new game but...
I really don't want to, I already 100% many of the areas so by the end of the game I wouldn't have loads of back tracking.

I don't even know if a patch will fix it. I've tried cycling the xbox power and have just re-installed the entire game, no difference. Still crashes to dashboard trying to load my game.

 

ya, re-installed it for 901349012309 hours and it still didnt fix it. You shouldnt have to start over to fix it, thats b.s, they need to fix this

 

Giving up. Re-installed, deleted previous save games, started fresh and same issues. Until a patch it is not worth playing. Been disappointed with games as of late, battlefield 4 on xbox a mess, total war on pc a mess, and now tombraider. Almost not worth
buying at launch until they start to patch.

I'm experiencing freezing in the cut scenes. I deleted everything re-installed and the problem still remains.Until this gets fixed this has rendered the game unplayable which I have to say is most disappointing.They need a patch ASAP otherwise I will want
my money back.
