    Hi,

    I recently purchased a 250 gb Xbox 360 that came with Halo 4 and an access code for Tomb Raider. I entered the access code and it didn't seem to be downloading, so I hit the back button. The download was at 0%, and when I tried to reenter the code it told
    me the code had already been redeemed, although I didn't get to download it. Is there a way to fix this at all? (P.S. sorry if this is a basic question, I am pretty new to Xbox)

    Does your account region match your actual region?

    If not that would be why as both games are region locked

    The account region matches my actual reason. Halo came as a hard copy (the actualy disk) and not an access code, Tomb Raider was just a download.

    Because you already entered the code, the code will no longer work.

    Therefore, to restart the download, head to Settings/Account/Download History and you should see Tomb Raider at or near the top of the list.

    Click A on it, then choose Download Again.

    That will restart the download. Be aware that the download is in excess of 5GB so dependent on your download speeds it can take a little longer than the typical download.
