Tom Clancy's The Division Crash

Hello,

Recently I bought Tom Clancy's The Division, and I was psyched to be able to play it. I've waited 3 long years for this game to finally come out. So, I got home, ran the disk, did the install and that all took about 45 minutes - an hour. I ran the game only
to be met by the game art and then a crash which sent me back to the Xbox dash board/home. I've tried deleting the game and reinstalling it. I've done a hard reset on my Xbox. I've cleared space to make sure something wasn't being weird on the hard drive.
I've cleared the save file and loaded the game back up. Only to be met every time with a crash. It loads me up to the game art. Then sends me back to the Xbox Home Screen. I don't know if this helps or not, but when it crashes the game art turns blue when
it comes back to the home screen, but then goes to the actual game art.

Does anybody have a fix for this or know what is going on with my Xbox? This also happened for Black Ops 3 when I loaded it up along with Far Cry 4. Is there something wrong with my Xbox or is the disk just scratched? Any help or support on this would be
great.

Firstly are games running from the internal or an external hard drive? If running from an external drive try installing on the internal drive to see if the same keeps happening.

Secondly if you have not already done so please try and delete your profile from the console carry out a hard reset of the console by pressing and holding the power button and disconnect it from the power outlet for 5 minutes.

As you are experiencing the same issue with multiple games if what I suggested above does not work I would suggest you consider carrying out a factory reset of the console.
