I bought a Rainbow Six siege , but accidentally deleted compatible Xbox 360 game code message, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 , Can recover deleted game code message for me?

Hello i have received my rainbow six vegas 1 and vegas 2 code from xbox live in 2 messages but the vegas 2 code is the same code as the vegas 1 code. ive been on xbox live support chat with Mac and been told to post my problem here.

That error code is generally due to regional mismatching. Make sure the region of your account is set to where you are physically located. For steps on how to change the region of your Xbox Live account, check out the steps over in this

Thanks for the reply. My region is set as United Kingdom on my billing information, which is where I physically am. When I contacted XBox support they ran through that with me but there didn't seem to be an issue with it. Any other ideas?

I followed those steps, my region was already selected correctly but I changed it to US then changed it back to UK, did the restart...tried the code again and get the same error...

 

That would be why

You can't use the console locale

You must use the region migration trouble shooter

Console region has no effect on your account region not can it be changed for one min then change in anothrr

After it is complete then you can change it via the console

Keep in mind it can take up to 90days to complete

 

Ahh ok thanks, I went to that link and followed the instructions for Xbox One, but I was supposed to change it in a different area. Have done and now the code redeems! Thanks for the help guys!
