the game was purchased on an xbox one s. it is just the standard edition of tom clancys rainbow six seige. and i have tried searching for the game but says i have to purchase it

Is the purchase for the Deluxe Edition showing as completed on your order history?

If it is showing as completed, try to look into your library:

- In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

- Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

- Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

- Select the checkbox for each item that you want to install. You should see Year 1 and Year 2 operators.

If it is still not showing on your library, try to remove and add your account again to the console as this can be a sync issue:

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove. ​​​

4. Close. ​​​

Power Reset:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.

Check your library again and see if the DLCs are there.
