    Hey,

    About two hours ago I bought and started downloading the Division, the game was "playable" at 50% so I tried it. Didn't play for more than 30 minutes before I realized that it wasn't cross platform and I couldn't play with my PC friends which was why I bought
    the game to begin with (Ubisoft promised it to be cross-platform). The game hasn't even finished downloading as I'm posting this.. Is there any way I can get a refund on this? I've had this Xbox account for at least 5 years and I've never asked for a refund.

    Tom Clancy's Division Refund

    Hey there HA i PwNeD u,

    I apologize you are frustrated with Tom Clancy's The Division. Ubisoft actually never announced, let alone promised, that the game would be cross platform. In fact, they have fiercely acknowledged that it would not be cross platform dating back to early
    2015. In regards to a refund, no one on the forums can assist you with that. You would need to contact Xbox Support at support.xbox.com/contact-us .
