What are you trying to get working? maybe I can help.

 

For whatever reason the Xbox Preview Program isn't working for me. My console is enrolled in the program and I can't access the new UI/features. On top of that I can't even contact the Preview Program Engineers through the forums because every time I try
to access the page it says "Group Not Found".

 

According to the Preview Program FAQ, you should contact Xbox Support via Twitter. They'll be able to help you, most likely better than we can.

I've also had no joy accessing the preview forum and I've also sent messages via Twitter (even started an account) anybody shed some light on the subject.
