    This is all a misunderstanding

    My friend accidentally reported me to Xbox for a message a sent him saying "KYS" I didn't mean "KYS" as in "Kill Yourself" I meant it as in "Kid You Suck" so can you please unban me it was all just a misunderstanding. My Gamertag is: YGS Gwuapo

    You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. They do not use the forums and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Doesn't matter who starts it,if you retaliate in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended,to many suspensions will lead to a permanent ban.

    Best to just report,block & ignore anyone sending you harassing messages over live.

    24 hour suspensions can not be appealed due to the time it would take,your suspension would be over by the time your case was investigated again.
