    I'm having this error also but with a totally different game. So are others. I'm thinking this is a general xbox live error not specific to a single game. Any way we can make Microsoft aware of this error so they can get started on a fix?

    Hey all,

    I was experiencing this same exact error and found a way to succesfully redeem it. Here are the steps.

    Got to account.xbox.com and make sure the Country in the bottom left corner matches the correct region.

    After that use this URL: https://account.xbox.com/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode?doRedeem=0&token=#####-#####-#####-#####-##### where you replace the '#####-#####-#####-#####-#####' part with your code

    This worked for me and I was able to redeem the code and the console is downloading it.
